Crisis Stabilization Program Supervisor Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: CRISI005410 Full-Time Chicopee, MA 01020, USA Job Details Description Seeking Full-Time Community Crisis Stabilization Program Supervisor to work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD\'s CBHC Crisis Stabilization. Detailed Description: Seeking Full-Time Time CCS Program Supervisor to work in a team environment providing care to youth and adults at CHD\'s CBHC Crisis Stabilization. Two openings are available at this time, one designated to the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit and one designated to the Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit. The CCS Program Supervisor will provide support to adults and children throughout their stay at Crisis Stabilization. Main position tasks are either executed in direct care or driven through managing CCS staff\'s care of individuals. Open 7 days per week, with the intention of offering the right service at the right time, hours are flexible but ideally, the CCS Program Supervisor will work day shift. The ideal CCS Program Supervisor will have experience working in acute mental health settings. Oriented to offering a continuum of care across all services, the candidate will be focused on supporting in staff development, managing daily operation of the unit and generally triaging responsibilities. The right candidate will be kind, dynamic and able to support a culture of caring. Ideal candidate will be be able to work as part of a fast paced team, able to multi task, assign responsibilities and handle different urgent matters as they arise. Job Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the CCS unit. Responsible for working with the CCS Clinical Supervisor managing workflow on shift Supervise a team of counselors Facilitate Inter-Disciplinary Team meetings Maintain client confidentiality and records and individuals\' human rights by complying with applicable laws and regulations All candidates must be able to pass a CORI and driving background check.
