We are in search of a Raiser's Edge Administrator to become a part of our team in the education industry. Situated in Western Massachusetts, this position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Raiser's Edge Administrator, your key responsibilities will revolve around maintaining and troubleshooting our system, managing and processing gifts, and generating analytical reports as required. This role also involves supporting our advancement activities and operations, maintaining effective communication with donors, and providing on-site presence to address server-based issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting activities within the Raiser's Edge system on a daily basis

• Efficiently manage and process gifts within the Raiser's Edge system

• Generate analytical reports as per the requirements

• Provide support to advancement activities and operations

• Maintain professional and effective communication with donors as needed

• Ensure an on-site presence to address server-based issues that impact remote report processing

• Utilize your knowledge of the 'Database' and 'Raiser's Edge' skills to enhance operational efficiency

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth internal operations during transition periods.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector, preferably at a university level.

• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in the use of Raiser's Edge software.

• Capable of managing and maintaining databases efficiently.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the software.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.

• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies or updates in current software.

• Ability to provide training and support to other team members in using Raiser's Edge.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
