Aerotek Senior Customer Service Coordinator in Clinton, Massachusetts
Seeking an Experienced (Senior-Level) Customer Service Representative-Manufacturing to serve as primary customer contact and facilitate communication between all appropriate facility staff and customers. Establish and maintain effective relations with internal and external customers by ensuring customer expectations are being met.
What You Will Do In Your Role
-Review and enter customer orders into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
-Communicate accurate and timely information regarding customer purchase and shipping requirements and concerns throughout the organization and provide feedback of capabilities to customers
-Communicate shipping priorities to production scheduling
-Follow-up on sales order changes, cancellations, complaints, and corrective actions
-Monitor and track customer order fluctuations
-Track and report customer on-time delivery performance
-Negotiate on issues pertaining to quantity, pricing, and delivery
-Review customer forecast and analyze impact to inventory plan
-Work collaboratively with all departments to meet customer demands
-Generate and facilitate Return Material Authorization (RMA) process including coordinating return of product, -processing through Material Review Board (MRB), dispositioning and shipping to customer
-Ensure appropriate recordkeeping and documentation associated with all customer service processes and procedures

Top Must Have's:
-Manufacturing industry experience
-3+ years of customer service/order entry/coordination experience
-Strong Customer Service presence
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Associate’s Degree and 3+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment; OR 5+ years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
-Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems such as: SAP, IQMS, Oracle, etc.

-Previous experience with production scheduling system or related manufacturing systems is preferred
