Applied Research Solutions Integration Program Manager in Concord, Massachusetts

Applied Research Solutions is seeking an Integration Program Manager for a $1B+ Cyber and Networks (HN) program.

This is a corporate management position with opportunities to grow with the company to manage programs and support business development. As an integral member of our management team, the Program Manager will partner with the ARS VP and Division Mangers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program Management support

  • Contract Data Requirements List deliverable development and tracking

  • Subcontractor management

  • Financial management and reporting

  • Talent management/hiring/forecasting/tracking

  • Business process management and improvement

  • New business capture support

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be US Citizen

  • BS+ plus 5-10 years’ experience in business, government, or military

  • Active Secret Security clearance

  • Management of complex organizations/diverse skill sets

Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisitions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook) and Sharepoint

  • Ability to analyze, create and present performance (financial and other metrics) results/reports

  • Program management experience

  • General knowledge of DoD contracting

  • Previous DoD contractor, civilian or military experience

  • Experience with Assistance and Advisory Services contracts

  • Sub-contract management experience

  • Knowledge of business development approaches/practices

  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills

Possesses the knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline they are performing. Possesses the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their area of expertise. Shall also possess the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines (Program Office and Staff Level Support interface).
