Tripleseat Manager, Billing & Collections in Concord, Massachusetts

The Manager of Billing & Collections will manage the order-to-cash cycle in a high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper invoicing, ensuring an efficient collection process to maximize cash flow and minimize write-offs, and provide effective leadership and team management.

This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office. We do have flexible work from home options.

What you will do:

  • General oversight of the order-to-cash cycle in a high-volume environment.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Accounting, Sales, Customer Support & Account Management to ensure customers adhere to company policies.

  • Enhance existing financial systems and procedures to prioritize sustainable company growth.

  • Implement strategies to improve billing and collections.

  • Develop goals that complement department and company wide views

  • Monitor monthly KPIs

  • Ad hoc reports as needed

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of management experience in billing/collections

  • Netsuite and Salesforce experience preferred

  • Software-as-a-Service experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, project management, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in high volume, high growth environment

  • Has an understanding and passion for the hospitality industry

  • Possess strong customer empathy and a solid sense of humor
