Massachusetts Solar, Inc. d/b/a Kadison Pool Plastering (Maynard, MA). 7 F/T Temp. Shotcrete Helpers (04/01/2025 - 11/01/2025). 50 hours/week, 6:00am-4:00pm (Monday - Friday). Saturday work required, when necessary. \$33.26/hour (OT/\$49.89) paid weekly on Friday. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the companys sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. Duties: Tend machines that pump concrete (shotcrete) through spray hose for application to walls and floor of swimming pool to shape and construct the pool shell. Position or dismantle forms for spraying concrete/shotcrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and be alert for long periods of time. No education. No experience required. All tools/supplies req\'d, provided at no cost. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated daily pick-up place). Worksite at: 9 Old Sudbury Road, Maynard, MA 01754, Maynard County. Travel to worksite locations in Hardwick, Athol, Leominster City, Maynard, and Petersham Counties of Massachusetts. Optional employer provided shared housing available at approximately \$30 per week, payroll deducted if worker elects. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59 per day with receipts. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
