Emerson Hospital Sr Clinical Office Coordinator in Concord, Massachusetts
Job Summary
Reports to the Practice Manager and works under the direct supervision of the office manager and Physician(s), the Senior Clinical Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the office is operating fully in an administrative capacity supporting the office manager and physician(s) with staff and office duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
Previous administrative office experience in a physician’s office preferred
Licensure and/or Certification
Graduate of a secretary program preferred, but not required
Skills
Computer skills with the GE Centricity electronic medical record (EMR), Meditech, preferred
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person,
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Must be able to multitask, and prioritize work.
Computer skills required with the ability to type efficiently
Ability to work independently, and as a team
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
