Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts, United States. The role involves creating invoices, processing client payments, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer billing in ERP system and through company portal

• Handle the processing of equipment repair invoices and work orders

• Assist in posting daily deposits and managing cash collections

• Respond to customer, vendor, or service provider inquiries

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and perform account reconciliation

• Assist with credit and collections, as well as accounts payable invoice processing

• Utilize software like Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite to enter invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable

• Assist with reporting analysis and ad-hoc reporting

• Ensure proper scanning and filing of company documents

Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation and handling accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

• Experience with billing procedures and cash applications

• Familiarity with cash collections management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Experience with QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Knowledge of SAP for business process management

• Familiarity with NetSuite for financial planning and operations management

• Ability to accurately enter invoices for record keeping and payment tracking
