Robert Half Customer Success Specialist in Danvers, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Danvers, Massachusetts. This role is within the industry of Customer Service and will involve working with various computer programs and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Great Plains. The job function will include reviewing contracts for services, providing customer support, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer contracts for services accurately and efficiently

• Use Salesforce and Great Plains platforms to gather and analyze client information

• Draft sample contract language and reach out to clients for further information or to address any queries

• Provide top-tier customer support by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns

• Work proficiently with Microsoft Excel to generate reports, specifically utilizing Pivot and VLookup functions

• Maintain a highly organized system for customer credit applications and records

• Understand and implement pricing structures in contracts

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS for additional customer service tasks

• Perform other related duties as required, including answering inbound calls and assisting with billing functions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or related role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, and other computer programs

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce

• Experience with Epic Software and About Time software

• Ability to handle and manage answering inbound calls

• Proven track record in assisting customers and handling benefit functions

• Experience with billing functions and Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of contract administration

• Must be able to work in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Must be comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and resolving problems.

• Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in company policies or market trends.

• Must have a high level of integrity and professionalism.
