In collaboration with the Manager of Site Maintenance and Site Supervisor, the Utility Maintenance Staff will oversee and manage the ongoing maintenance needs of all Agency facilities.

Job Description:

  • Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, days

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance, carpentry, painting and other facilities functions as well as occasional snow removal and landscaping duties as directed.

  • Report to Supervisor all physical plant or equipment needs.

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs as directed.

  • Must have current valid driver’s license.

  • Occasional on-call responsibilities.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.

  • Demonstrated ability to relate to a substance abuse treatment population.
