As Distribution Experience Market Manager, this individual will help manage the implementation of the Retail Network Transformation Actions. This critical role will help bring the Network Revitalization Strategy to life, by supporting the transformation of the branch network through implementation of property decisions and supplemental refresh work.Primary responsibilities include:Ongoing management and communication of Executive Network Revitalization decisionsCreating and managing the ongoing project plan to open, close, reduce in size, re-design or relocate branches in our Citizens FootprintPartnering with the Properties Team to manage the execution and ongoing communications related to these Retail Network Transformation Actions especially as related to changes to actions which require phased builds and short term closuresPartnering with Distribution Experience peers, Properties, Retail, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal as well as subject matter experts from across channels and more – to ensure timely, compliant and straight forward branch openings for new and relocated branchesCompletion of supporting documents for property decisions, including legal, regulatory filings, technology requests, management of updates, submit requests to OneView for customer communicationsOnsite inspection of work being completed to support property decisions (new branch build, new design etc) - travel required across footprintCommunication of property status via executive summaryPreparation of content for weekly "OCR" meetings - getting follow ups from the SME that are part of the projectsSpecial Projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:Excellent relationship building capabilities with internal and external partners Proven track record of delivering results and the ability to execute and remain focused with competing priorities Ability to clearly articulate issues, opportunities and recommendations based on situation and audience Ability to effectively negotiate and arrive at successful solutions with key stakeholders Superior organizational and time management skills Facilities/Property Management experience: 5 years preferred Project Management experience: must have ability to successfully manage and track several multifaceted projects, including multiple SMEs / content. Retail experience: strong understanding of branch experienceEducation:Bachelor's Degree preferred Hours and Work Schedule:Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm , Monday - Friday
