Senior Team Counselor - Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS)
ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community. The Senior Team Counselor will work as a member of a Persons’ Team having primary responsibility in delivering interventions identified in the treatment plan with clinical guidance from the Integrated Team clinical staff. They may develop specialty roles within the team including providing expertise in wellness activities, community engagement, and fostering interest in employment or education.
The Senior Team Counselor will also be responsible for:
Provide input to person-centered assessment and service planning, and advocacy, coordination, and linkage with other services and the community.
Model and teach skills for development of positive relationships, and negotiation of conflict.
Assist persons served in understanding, managing, and dispensing medications consistent with MAP and agency policies and procedures.
Maintain regular daily, monthly, and annual clinical records in keeping with DMH, agency, and division policies and procedures, and within required timelines.

Pay Rate: $21.79/hour

Required Skills
Ability to work as a member of a team and to function independently required.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and three years related experience required; master’s degree in a related field preferred.
