Pelham House Resort Motel Front Desk Agent in Dennis Port, Massachusetts

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be required to work at all 3 properties: Pelham House Resort, Pelham on Earle, & Pelham in Main; acting as the first point of contact between guests & Pelham Hospitality, while upholding company culture & making guests feel welcomed & valued. Your duties: Answer phone & email inquiries from potential guests in a timely & respectful manner. Make telephone & online reservations for resort & resort restaurants. Assist in managing guests check in & check out process & billing. Resolve guest concerns & implement resolutions using discretion & judgment. Ensure that guest spaces & lobby are always clean & tidy. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: Pelham Hospitality?s three unique properties: Pelham House Resort - Dennis Port: 33 rooms & suites, 3 restaurants & bars, wedding venue & event space. Pelham on Earle - Harwich: 27 rooms, restaurant & bar. Pelham on Main - Dennis: 27 rooms & suites. All hotel features, services & hours of operation. All room types, numbers, layout, d?cor, appointments & location. All room rates, special packages, promotions & events. Daily house counts & expected arrivals & departures. Room availability status for any given day. Concierge Duties: Educate guest about Cape Cod & Dennis Port. Offer to assist in making restaurant & activity reservations. The Ideal Candidates will: Act as a liaison between guests & any department including the kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance etc. Regularly interact & communicate with Pelham team members & external vendors in a friendly, upbeat, professional & courteous manner. Be friendly, self-motivated & able to multi-task in a lightening paced environment, while maintaining a calm demeanor. Will be highly focused on providing excellent customer service & anticipating guests needs in order to accommodate them.
