Description

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement seeks a business-savvy Corporate Counsel with strong problem-solving and analytical skills for our fast-growing legal corporate client. The individual will provide commercial and transactional support globally. Located inte central Massachusetts area; in office to start and then 3/2 hybrid schedule.

Skills/Competencies:

• Expertise in commercial law, contract drafting, negotiation, and communication.

• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively; strong business acumen.

• Knowledge in general commercial law, commercial finance, antitrust/trade regulation, Intellectual property, The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiation of international and domestic business contracts.

• Implementation and management of commercial policies and procedures.

• Domestic and international travel as needed.

• Preparation of SEC filings.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to Massachusetts Bar.

• Minimum 7 years legal experience and 3 years commercial legal consulting.
