We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager in Dracut, Massachusetts. This role revolves around the management of customer credit accounts, ensuring efficient resolution of credit inquiries, and contributing to the overall performance of our credit department. The Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to optimize collections results and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain up-to-date customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve customer credit inquiries and disputes.

• Apply cash to customer accounts as received and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor and maintain customer credit limits based on credit checks and credit agency scores.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Support the month and quarter-end close processes by posting journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc analysis of financial results.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions, such as Great Plains and SAP, to enhance collections efficiency and effectiveness.

• Continuously identify and assist in implementing process improvements in the collections process.

• Support global SOX compliance activities, including performing internal controls.

• Prepare for outside audits, financial statement reviews, tax, and other regulatory audits.

Requirements • Possess at least 3 years of experience as a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with ERP Solutions

• Competency in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400

• Understands Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in Billing Functions

• Capable of managing Collection Processes

• Expertise in Credit and Credit Limit procedures

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Proficiency in SAP

• Knowledge of Semiconductor Industry

• Understanding of Manufacturing processes
