ABOUT YOU

As Chief Strategy Officer, you are a visionary leader who thrives in complexity, turning data and insights into actionable strategies that drive long-term success. With a keen analytical mind and strong business acumen, you balance high-level strategy with practical execution, ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals and real-world constraints. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and inspire action fosters collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and industry partners. Adaptable and results-driven, you navigate challenges with confidence, influence decision-making, and optimize resources to enhance operational effectiveness. Through strategic thinking, innovation, and a commitment to excellence, you shape the future of Massport.

What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee Massport’s 10-year strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and refining strategies based on market trends and operational needs.

  • Develop policies and organizational strategies that enhance efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience while overseeing aviation, maritime, and transportation planning.

  • Foster stakeholder collaboration by building strong relationships with internal teams, industry partners, and government agencies, effectively communicating priorities, and representing Massport in key forums.

  • Lead change and accountability by driving innovation, managing complex initiatives, and ensuring transparency in decision-making, reporting progress to executive leadership, and adapting to evolving challenges.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, data analytics, or a related field required; an advanced degree in business, public administration, finance, or data science is highly preferred.

  • 10+ years’ experience in executive management, supervisory roles, or corporate consulting with a strong track record of strategic impact.

  • Expertise in long-range strategic planning, policy development, project management, and leveraging data analytics to assess performance and drive execution.

  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, workforce development, regulatory compliance, and optimizing policies for efficiency and impact.
