As a Project Manager, you are mission-driven with strong project management skills and technical expertise. You are dedicated to advancing the Capital Program's objectives by identifying, planning, and managing projects efficiently. Your exceptional analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and attention to detail enable you to oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and community engagement. Your prioritization of teamwork, innovation, and inclusive practices, makes you a valuable asset in delivering successful projects that benefit Massport and our stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Assist in project identification, approval, diversity initiatives, and consultant/contractor compliance within the Capital Program.

  • Take the lead in managing the Consultant delivery process, from RFQs and RFPs to contract negotiations and project goal alignment.

  • Ensure design and construction phases adhere to scope, budget, schedule, and Massport guidelines, with oversight of BIM, cost, and Lean principles.

  • Manage construction activities, safety, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining compliance, evaluation of stakeholders, and leadership in Lean Design principles.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Construction , Architecture or Engineering, and be a Massachusetts Registered Professional Engineer or Architect .

  • 10+ years architectural/engineering experience, 6+ years managing at least $5M capital projects, with airfield facilities design expertise and FAA standards familiarity.

  • Proficiency in Massachusetts public bidding laws, Primavera, and budgetary principles and practices.
