ABOUT YOU

As Sustainability Project Manager, you should possess exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and project management skills to drive Massport's sustainability efforts. You will develop and implement impactful strategies and programs, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure adherence to sustainability guidelines. With strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and expertise in environmental certifications, you will drive progress, promote awareness, and continuously seek to enhance Massport's sustainability initiatives through learning and adaptation to industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Engage stakeholders to refine sustainability strategies and initiatives.

  • Implement impactful sustainability programs and projects.

  • Analyze progress and report findings to stakeholders.

  • Manage contracts and budgets for sustainability partners effectively.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, urban planning, business administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in sustainability, air quality, water quality, waste management, and renewable energy.

  • Proficiency in Excel or similar database management software.

  • Current and valid driver's license.
