Adecco US, Inc. Factory Production Supervisor in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Adecco has an IMMEDIATE, TEMP TO HIRE / DIRECT HIRE OPENING for a Production Supervisor on 1 st shift, for our Suffield, CT client.
Responsibilities for the Production Supervisors:
Plans, assist and assigns work
Monitor production standards, safety, and efficiency to meet production goals
Able to guide employees and assist as needed
Organize, direct, and oversee the schedules and work of employees
Provide performance evaluations and handle disciplinary issues
Inspect and evaluates products for quality and defects, identifying and correcting problems.
Supervisor candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
1-2+ yrs Supervisory experience
Strong communication skills and exp in leading and motivating employees
Able to work in a fast-paced environment to deadlines
Basic computer and math skills
Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical skills are IDEAL
General understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, cost mgmt, safety and other mfg and distribution techniques
Carpentry and machine shop skills a plus, but not required
Openings on :
1 st shift - 7:30am - 4pm
IMMEDIATE - TEMP TO HIRE / DIRECT HIRE
Salary - From 65k
