Office Clerk East Longmeadow, MA Employment Type: Temp Industry: Professional Services Job Number: 11588 Job Description Employment Type: Temporary (through August) with potential for longer-term employment based on performance and company needs Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pay: \$18-21/hr, depending on experience Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our client?s team at a local apartment complex. This role is crucial for retrieving and organizing tenant files and handling reception duties. Key Responsibilities: Gather and maintain tenant files and organize in accordance with company specifications Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Manage reception area as needed Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-ins Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally. Operate standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines. Required Skills: Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and file management. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, tenants, and visitors. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a well-organized filing system and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliability and punctuality: Consistent and timely attendance is critical for this role Qualifications: Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred. Familiarity with residential real estate documents is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in operating office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
