salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Prioritize and execute responsibilities in an efficient manner.

• Work collaboratively with QA team members and other departments.

• Inspect, test, and measure products (receiving, first piece, in-process, final) and process.

• Communicate inspection results to manufacturing and engineering departments as necessary.

• Proficient in the use of measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, optical comparators, force

• testers, and hardness testers.

• Populate work order travelers with inspection documents.

• Calibrate and verify measurement devices.

• Generate NCM reports for products or processes that fail to meet specifications.

• Report production metrics using the ERP system.

• Collect, analyze, and retain QMS records to ensure compliance with QMS.
