Town of Eastham Administrative Assistant - Finance Dept. in Eastham, Massachusetts

The Town of Eastham seeks qualified candidates for the full-time, 40-hour per week position of Administrative Assistant to the Finance Department. This position is responsible for performing highly skilled administrative, financial, and technical support work to departments of Administration and Finance. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Insurance, Personnel Paperwork, Workers Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Licensing and general administrative duties. The position requires three years of office experience preferred; experience in a municipal setting or environment preferred; an Associate\'s Degree preferred in business, personnel or public administration, finance, or related discipline; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
