Location: Easthampton, and its surrounding towns Position: Temp to Hire Opportunities - Direct Support Professional Job Description: We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals on a temp-to-hire basis. In this role, you will provide invaluable support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene. Implement individualized plans and programs designed to promote independence and community integration. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects the dignity and rights of each individual. Document progress and any incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Job Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required. Experience in human services, healthcare, or related fields preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Preferred experience with Assisted Daily Living (ADL) hands-on care required Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
