Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our product, partnering with production members across three departments, and learning how to transition into an operator role after a 90-day review period. This role involves shadowing and assisting on two ends of the production line. The front end involves gathering the correct products to start the line, while the back end involves quality checking. We place a high importance on teamwork and clear communication, as each line is manned by a team of four production workers. A willingness to learn the manufacturing process is essential, and perfect attendance is mandatory. Our company proudly supports the medical, automotive, and building/construction industries.

Hard Skills

• Experience or interest in working in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Capability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Understanding of English

Hours:

Day shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 am to 5:30 pm

Night shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 pm to 5:30 am
