Job Title : L&K Account Representative
Location: Hybrid (at least 2 days in office) - Fairhaven, MA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Join our dynamic L&K Account Rep team at Acushnet Company! As an L&K Account Representative, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers and sales representatives with customized orders, ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Order Management & Product Knowledge: Enter and adjust customized orders, provide updates on status and availability, and understand sales programs, products, and policies for custom orders.
Logo Accuracy & Color Coordination: Ensure precise logo details, including fees, terms, and discounts, and match logo thread colors to products while maintaining logo history.
Collaboration & Progress Monitoring: Work with the Operations Manager, designers, and vendors for timely artwork creation and order fulfillment, track new artwork orders, and secure approvals through effective communication.
Rush Requests & Process Improvement: Coordinate special rush orders to meet deadlines, and analyze and improve current procedures.
Training & Trend Recognition: Assist in training new Customer Service team members, and identify and report unusual activity or trends.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS or BS degree preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience
Prior experience with embroidered products or apparel preferred
