Robert Half has a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Capital Campaign Consultant. The Capital Campaign Consultant will play a pivotal role in leading the strategy development, planning, and execution of their capital campaign. This is a long-term contract position based in Fall River, MA. This individual will work closely with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Development, Fundraising Committee, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of the campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead the strategy development and planning of the campaign, collaborating with the Chief Development Officer, Director of Development, and Fundraising Committee.

• Manage the Capital Campaign and support plan implementation to achieve fundraising goals.

• Develop and manage campaign prospect lists, including research and tracking of potential donors.

• Recruit, train, and manage campaign volunteers to support campaign activities.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Executive Director and the Capital Campaign Steering Committee, providing updates on campaign progress and fundraising efforts.

• Plan and implement cultivation and recognition events to engage donors and supporters.

• Provide input on campaign marketing materials, including print, web, and social media, to effectively promote the campaign.

• Develop and execute targeted cultivation plans to build relationships with potential donors.

• Refine and execute solicitation strategies to secure major gifts and donations.

• Prepare and provide support to staff, board members, and volunteers for solicitations, including crafting solicitation materials and providing training as needed.

• Implement donor acknowledgement and recognition strategies to steward relationships and foster donor engagement.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, fundraising, marketing) preferred.

• Proven experience in capital campaign management and fundraising, with a track record of achieving fundraising goals.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute complex campaigns and initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in donor research and prospecting techniques.

• Experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers.

• Knowledge of fundraising best practices, including solicitation strategies and donor stewardship.

• Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies, particularly as they relate to fundraising campaigns.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
