Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Fall River, MA

Salary: $20/hr

6-month Contract-to-Hire position

Job Type: Full-time

Hiring at a well-established bank in Fall River, MA looking for a Call Center Representative to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of call center experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

  • Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus


  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information about banking products and services

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

  • Meet and exceed call center metrics and goals
