We are looking for several experienced HHA\'s to join our winning team! Our employees are very happy with our state-of-the-art Electronic Visit Verification Application that we are currently using for client visits and documentation. It\'s our mission to recognize the dignity of each client and employee and to assist homebound clients to achieve optimal health at the highest level of functioning by providing quality interdisciplinary home-based professional services utilizing the highest of ethical practices. The Position: Home Health Aide Pay for the Certified Home Health Aid position is \$17,00-\$19.00 per hour. We offer Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Colonial Life, and Aflac Insurance products. Paid travel and mileage. We are also certified by \"Train the Trainer\" and offer our HHA\'s the opportunity to get certified free as Supportive Home Care Aides (SHCA). Requirements: Successful completion of an approved Commonwealth of Massachusetts CNA/Home Health Aide training program in accordance with Federal Regulations. A current valid certificate must be presented upon hire. Completed 15 hours of training related to the responsibilities of HHA and the Mass Council\'s curriculum. CPR Certification is preferred, but not necessary, Must be competent in the skills necessary to perform the job functions. Must have a current, valid MA driver\'s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance. A current TB test result presented upon hire. Exhibits maturity, flexibility, and ability to plan and organize tasks/activities. Responsibilities: The Home Health Aide works cooperatively with the family member, the agency supervisor and any other individuals involved with the client. Ambulate clients and uses safe transfers. Perform activities that support the skilled therapies as instructed, and routine care of prosthetic and orthotic devices, Perform ADL\'s Provide adequate nutrition and fluid intake. Medication cueing and reminders. Performs normal household services essential to health at home, including shopping, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping. The Location: Professional Medical Services, Inc. has three offices for your convenience located in Feeding Hills, Palmer, and Sturbridge. We provide service to clients in Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester Counties. Between our three offices and the three counties we cover over 45 towns. Why Should You Apply? ?
