We are looking for several experienced PCA*s to join our winning team! Our employees are very happy with our state-of-the art Electronic Visit Verification Application that we are currently using for client visits and documentation. It\'s our mission to recognize the dignity of each client and employee and to assist homebound clients to achieve optimal health at highest level of functioning by providing quality interdisciplinary home-based professional services utilizing the highest of ethical practices. The Position: Personal Care Attendant Pay for the Personal Care Attendant position is \$16.00-\$18.00 per hour. We offer Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Colonial Life, and Aflac Insurance products. Paid travel and mileage. We are also certified by \"Train the Trainer\" and offer our HHA\'s the opportunity to get certified free as Supportive Home Care Aides (SHCA). Requirements: Successful completion of an approved Commonwealth of Massachusetts Personal Care training program in accordance with Federal Regulations. A current valid PCA certificate must be presented upon hire. Must have completed a 20-hour PCA and a 40-hour Homemaking training program, CPR Certification is preferred, but not necessary. Must be competent in the skills necessary to perform the job functions. Must have a current, valid MA driver\'s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance. Medication cueing and reminders. A current TB test result presented upon hire. Exhibits maturity, flexibility, and ability to plan and organize tasks/activities. Responsibilities: The Personal Care Attendant works cooperatively with the family member, the agency supervisor and any other individuals involved with the client. Ambulate clients and uses safe transfers. Perform activities that support the skilled therapies as instructed, and routine care of prosthetic and orthotic devices. e Perform ADL\'s Provide adequate nutrition and fluid intake. Performs normal household services essential to health at home, including shopping, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping. The Location: o Professional Medical Services, Inc. has three offices for your convenience located in Feeding Hills, Palmer, and Sturbridge. We provide service to clients in Hampden, Hampshire, and VVorcesl-ei\' Counties. Between our three offices and the three counties we cover over 45 towns.
