This is a part-time, remote position. We are open to candidates who reside in PST, MST, CST and EST time zones.
As a Training Technician, you will:
Be passionate about expanding your ABA knowledge through delivery of New Hire Training
Have mastered advanced technician competencies
Have the flexibility to train and support at various times, including weekends and evenings as needed
Provide positive staff support
Be responsible for ensuring the programmatic quality and integrity of all trainings
Be an ambassador of LEARN’s values and culture creating a welcoming, inclusive, connected environment where everyone has the safe space to learn and grow
Perform other administrative duties in the region and/or provide field support or direct intervention as schedules permit
Welcome new behavior technician staff to the company and act as their first point of contact during the training process
Conduct new hire training for all behavior technician staff in your region
Conduct de-escalation training (Safety Care, CPI, or equivalent) for staff in your region when necessary
Conduct additional regional trainings such as staff trainings, remedial trainings, CPR, and First Aid when necessary
Manage tablet distribution and inventory
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience)
One year of experience as a behavioral technician
Ability to travel to various sites within region to deliver trainings
RBT Certification or equivalent (preferred, not required)
