Making Opportunity Count, Inc. is seeking experienced and dynamic LCSW’s to join us and become key members of our Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. BASIC FUNCTION: Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling to clients through individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.
Provide direct therapy to clients in a person-centered manner that meets their needs and aligns with best practice standards.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, care providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate high quality communication, support, and coordination of care.
Act as an essential member of the clinical team through regular collaboration with in-office providers and participation in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
Maintain client records in accordance with quality standards; complete clinical documentation including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Work proactively with billing personnel to secure payor authorizations.
Conduct crisis interventions as needed, including participation in the after-hours on call rotation.
Provide clinical supervision to staff or interns, as assigned.
Participate in MOC’s utilization review and quality assurance activities.
Adhere to all applicable regulatory, accreditation, and professional ethics standards.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work
Massachusetts licensure as an LCSW
Knowledge and experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations and client populations.
Ability to work both in the office and also remotely from home.
Strong computer skills including an ability to host telehealth sessions and use electronic health records.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team setting.
