The Quality Analyst would be responsible for performing data collection; reporting and analysis to assist quality engineer and management in assessing measures of performance. responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and report data to assist quality engineering and management in assessing measures of performance

  • Evaluates quality data collection systems and processes to determine whether these data collection processes adequately depict the quality of products and processes involving suppliers, manufacturing test and life cycle management

  • Supports projects and processes that ensure continuously improving value to our customers and business units

  • Create organizational value by implementing innovative solutions and best practices involved in all processes of the product realization value stream

  • Assists Quality Engineers with data mining, reporting and analysis

  • Observes and identifies process improvement opportunities to Quality Engineering

  • Verify process control activities and reports deficiencies, as appropriate

  • Initiates quality alerts for potential process and product discrepancies that may affect performance

  • Assist Quality Engineers with root cause analysis investigations and corrective action development and support with review board activities

  • Investigates internal audit-related findings and helps coordinate activities to resolve issues

  • Perform audits and issues reports, as required

  • May prepare and present data in management-level presentations, including but not limited to audit plans, checklists and reports for quality related activities

  • Work with quality management and support staff to develop solutions to help manage variability

  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

  • Support the administration of the Quality Management System Documentation and Record Control processes
