Community Health Connections Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator - HealthCare in Fitchburg, Massachusetts
Description
Responsibilities
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed…)
Recruit and schedule interviews for qualified candidates to fill current and future needs
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
Screen candidates for hiring managers if requested.
Complete applicant references
Confirm documents pertaining to work status and education
Process applications in a timely manner
Coordinate completion of applications, privileging (if applicable) and all required new hire paperwork
Work closely with department managers regarding hiring needs and onboarding.
Work closely with and back up for Privileging Coordinator on Clinical Privileging process
Works with insurance credentialing agency to ensure all privileging documents are submitted, processed and completed timely
Navigating the full cycle recruitment and onboarding process through new employees first day of employment.
Develop an effective recruiting strategy by identifying qualified candidates
Develop professional relationships with candidates.
Evaluate the skills and background of potential candidates and determine if they meet specific position requirements.
ATS use and familiarity with job posting and candidate sourcing.
Develop and place job advertisements in various online sites
Attend local and virtual job fairs when appropriate
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in healthcare environment required
Prior full cycle recruiting (Dentist, Behavioral Health Counselors and Providers, Dental Assistance, Support Staff) experience working with healthcare industry required.
Experience with Ultipro (UKG) Talent Management a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and senior management
Excellent communication and follow through on all aspects of the recruitment cycle – a must
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Effective time management and organizational skills –a must
Excellent computer skills with Excel, work, Outlook.
Self-starter and team player.
