Community Health Connections Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator in Fitchburg, Massachusetts
Description
CHC is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator who shares a passion and commitment to join our growing team. We are a Community Health Center located in Central Massachusetts servicing individuals and families of all ages and incomes. Accessibility, compassion and quality remain at our core. As a Recruiter/Onboarding Coordinator you will be placing quality healthcare professionals in various community health centers and ensuring their onboarding is completed smoothly thereby making a difference in the lives of your fellow team members, our caregivers, our patients and our community.
Responsibilities include:
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Recruit and schedule interviews for qualified candidates to fill current and future needs
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals.
Screen candidates for hiring managers
Complete applicant references
Confirm documents pertaining to work status and education
Process applications in a timely manner
Coordinate completion of applications, credentialing (if applicable) and all required new hire paperwork
Work closely with department managers regarding hiring needs and onboarding.
Work closely and back up for Clinical Credentialing/Privileging process with Credentialing Coordinator.
Navigating the full cycle recruitment and onboarding process through their first day of employment.
Develop an effective recruiting strategy by identifying qualified candidates
Develop professional relationships with candidates.
Evaluate the skills and background of potential candidates and determine if they meet specific position requirements.
ATS use and familiarity with job posting and candidate sourcing
Develop and place job advertisements in various online sites
May attend local job fairs at and virtual job fairs when appropriate
Search websites and job search sites for possible candidates
Work closely with department managers regarding hiring needs and onboarding.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience required.
Prior full cycle recruiting (Dentist, Behavioral Health Counselors and Providers, Dental Assistance, Support Staff) experience working with healthcare industry.
Experience with Ultipro (UKG) Talent Management a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and senior management.
Excellent communication and follow through on all aspects of the recruitment cycle.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills with Excel, work, Outlook.
Self-starter and team player.
