    About This Opportunity:

Making Opportunity Count Summer Youth Worker program is designed to promote career development, exploration, and professionalism skills for young people. The program offers a three-month paid summer employment experience for 14-24 years old. There are various offices and departments for Summer Youth Workers.

Key Responsibilities :

Job responsibilities will differ based on the offices and department where you are located. Th Summer Youth Worker will work up to 20 hours per week. The Summer Youth Worker is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, use a keyboard, use a telephone and climb stairs. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

What You Bring :

  • Attending pre-summer training and be available to work during the summer.

  • Be 14–24-year-old (must be age 14 by July 1st)

  • Age 14-17 must have an MA worker permit.

  • Reliable transportation
