Security and Guest Services Job Details Job Location TeamOps - Foxborough, MA Position Type Part Time SUMMARY: An Event Day Staff Member for TeamOps has the unique opportunity to provide safety, security and service to each and every guest that enters Gillette Stadium. Each Event Day Staff Member will work in a variety of areas throughout the stadium and is expected to use their stadium knowledge and familiarity with Gillette Stadium policies to create a culture and atmosphere that creates positive and memorable experiences for each guest. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome fans and guests with exceptional customer service and a smile from gates to end of event. Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium. Scan tickets to verify authorized entry into Gillette Stadium, resolve any ticket issues through appropriate escalation while ensuring the guest feels that they are receiving the necessary assistance to resolve their issues. Ensure guests can enjoy their event experience by verifying that they are entering the correct section and seat (e.g. bowl, clubs, suites). Politely resolve seat disputes by identifying the proper seat location and assisting the guests on navigating to the proper location. Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations Make yourself available and visible to guests and provide assistance as needed including; directions, policy questions, service opportunities. Guest relationships and their overall experience is our top priority. You must commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor. Special projects and assignments as business dictates. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Service-oriented person who places value on each individual guest interaction Insatiable desire to help and support guests and team members Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in an exciting environment Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities on event day Ability to work full stadium events to include nights, weekends, and holidays. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand for prolonged periods Some positions may require the repeated climbing of stairs Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
