Job Summary

Acts as a liaison between the technology and the business to design and enhance the employee and customer experience. Conducts advanced level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align Technology solutions with business initiatives.

II. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.

  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize, deliver and execute product roadmap

  • Coordinates with users to determine and document business and user requirements, Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

  • Experience in customer facing self service platform end to end implementation, which includes online buying and self service experiences across web and chat platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer self service across channels along with integrating new features and/or capabilities

  • Collaborates with various teams and to design and test a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories

  • Accountable for aligning the KPIs and ensuring we are effectively tracking the value/impact of capabilities

  • Documents requirements and formulates test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing

  • Responsible for document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library

  • Possesses knowledge/experience in an integrated implementation between different business systems as well as working with integration tools, QA testing, system design and analysis, project management

  • Possess strong analytical and communication skills and has the ability to run key meetings including discovery sessions, sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

III. Supervisory Responsibilities

May coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and act as team leader on systems projects.

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant experience. Five years’ experience as a Business Analyst in addition to education requirement

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration and a minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst and one year project management experience.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Advanced knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required:

  • Agile Methodology, Jira

  • QA testing, business analyst methodologies, system design and analysis

  • Training and Communication skills
