Staples Associate Manager, Digital Data Driven Selling in Framingham, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing:
The role of the Associate Manager, Digital Data Driven Selling is to support the Digital Business team in delivering a best-in-class digital experience. The position will be responsible for supporting, building, and maintaining onsite recommendations programs on Staples.com & Staples Advantage. This role will partner closely with the Digital CX and Site Merchandising teams, Product and SDS teams, and Analytics teams.
Leverage recommendation tools to create onsite experiences that drive conversion and increase spend
Maintain and improve campaigns that power onsite recommendations
Work cross-functionally with other professionals such as Product Managers, Engineers, Analytics and Merchants
Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior and impact to business
Build, analyze, and adjust AB tests using Adobe Target
Work cross-functionally to understand customer and business needs and align recommendations strategy accordingly
Conduct quality assurance for bi-weekly releases to ensure top tier experiences for customer facing elements

Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of experience within eCommerce or site merchandising
Experience with digital content management systems
Understanding of user experience and interface design
Some knowledge of browser troubleshooting and debugging practices and techniques
Experience collaborating and planning with agile teams
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Use of development tools and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Experience with A/B testing strongly preferred
