Join our Staples Fraud Detection team to find and prevent fraud in the growing world of ecommerce sales.

What you’ll be doing: (1-3 paragraphs max)

The Fraud Detection Analyst will operate inside the Cyber Fusion Center, focused on threat-hunting analysis of online customer purchases. They will collate customer behavior, identity verification, fraud trends, and other relevant data points to identify fraudulent transactions and improve profitability. This person must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to efficiently analyze data from multiple sources. Additionally, they must be able to recommend new threat-detecting capabilities and automation enhancements to expedite the customer journey, delivering a frictionless customer experience.

  • Investigate and discover fraud trends as they emerge across the ecommerce industry.

  • Use a combination of visual analytics and automated tools to proactively analyze data.

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must have strong decision-making ability and be self-disciplined.

  • Ability to analyze data for patterns and trends and communicate findings in an effective manner.

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, results orientated, and changing environment.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of knowledge and experience with regard to fraud, security, or ecommerce operations.

  • Strong understanding of Tableau and SQL

  • Strong understanding of the current cyber fraud landscape preferred
