The Global Services Technical Instructor for Cytiva is responsible for delivering Training, supporting Training Operations in the Americas region in scheduling and administration of Training and supporting the design, and development of technical training courses that meet the needs of the field based technical teams. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a role model and active promoter of Cytiva’s Quality Management System and drive for high standards in EHS.

This position is part of the Global Services Technical Training Team located in Marlborough MA and will be an ONSITE role.

What you will do:

  • Plan, prepare for, and run training courses at our global training centers, primarily in Marlborough.

  • Engage with the Instructional Design team to assist with development/review of training material.

  • Contribute to the ongoing day-to-day operations of the Marlborough Training Center, working closely with the local Training team.

  • Support training operations in the Americas region in scheduling and administration of training

  • Collaborate in a team environment to drive a learning continuum culture.

Who you are:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree OR proven equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training delivery & facilitation

  • Demonstrated experience in developing in the area of instructional skills and the ability to create varied learning styles for all students.

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing new delivery formats and techniques including new tools for various types of onsite & virtual delivery.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable as a role model for our field-based trainer group, by encouraging best practice & techniques

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires travel up to 20%, both domestic and international.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Background in the life sciences or drug manufacturing industry a plus.

  • IT networking, Unicorn software, GDP, cGMP and Qualification.

  • Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software applications.
