Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Hospice CNA you will nurture our residents and their families, providing comprehensive support to make life easier through their personalized hospice journey. Each day you will provide individualized care, assist with mobility and ensure a clean and comfortable living environment for each resident. Individual care plans will be a constant focus as you maintain high standards and consistently ensure the most peaceful experience for all.

There is no greater gift than helping someone approach their final days with comfort, peace and dignity.
Must have Requirements:
Integrate values of Carmelite Philosophy of Care in all job assignments
Be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills to interact with other staff, residents and family members in a positive and cooperative manner
- Ability to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal means.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures
