What we want you to do:
Become the go-to expert for all things benefits and HR administrative related
Run HR benefits onboarding sessions for all new hires
Manage new hire enrollment in our benefit plans
Coordinate vendor visits for employee perks and benefit fairs
Assist in new hire onboarding program scheduling as needed
Support the planning and coordination of office events, celebrations and parties – everything from coming up with creative ideas, shopping, decorating and managing the event on the day of
Assist in the development, improvement, and documentation of internal HR processes
Offer interview scheduling and administrative support to our Recruiting team
Maintain HR files, support audits and be the paperwork guru our team needs
The person we hire will have/be:
Associate’s degree required, but Bachelor’s degree a plus.
1-2 years’ experience in HR setting or degree equivalent
An incredibly high level of attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced HR team and company
Approachable for all employees and the patience to answer any and all HR administration and benefit questions
Be fun, upbeat, and personable
Full time, temporary; six month contract
