Staples Operations Coordinator in Framingham, Massachusetts

Position Summary:

The Staples Brand Group Operations coordinator is responsible for item and vendor set up and maintenance for all SBG products across all Business Units. The position will require Coordinator to become an expert in Rockweb system and learn to be extremely knowledgeable about landing factors, freight, duties, customs requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

o Create and Maintain Suppliers

o Create and Maintain Items and UPC’s

o Maintain and update SBIN markup

o Update accruals and freight rates on annual basis

o Work closely with customs, business and sourcing teams on product set up

o Perform analysis and research to address discrepancy issues

o Monitor processes and recommend improvements

o Assist team on major projects as Back to School and bids

o Participate in training peers on all Costing Processes

o Work closely with business teams, Customs, and Replenishment on all product set up and transitions

o Management of direct customer relationship through excellent communication and follow up

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

1-2 years of experience

Must be proficient in Excel

Must be detail oriented and well organized

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required

Good problem solving techniques
