ManpowerGroup Part Time Office Manger in Framingham, Massachusetts
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Part Time Office Manager to join their team. As a Part Time Office Manager, you will be part of the Office Management team supporting the local team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational and planning skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenance
Organize office layout and order office stationery, supplies and equipment
Liaise with facility management vendors (such as landlord’s property management, catering, cleaning, etc.)
Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Team with Corporate Admin team to ensure prompt and proper actions are taken for office payment process, landlord approval coordination, estoppel certificates signing, and business license renewal
Coordinate shipping and mail services
Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes as needed
Assist in payment process as needed
Follow policies to implement and execute company standards and procedures
Provide administrative support to executives and local team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
Plan in-house or off-site events and activities
Assist with Interview arrangements with project team
Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports as needed
Other Ad-Hoc assignments
What's Needed?
College+ education or equivalent experience
3+ years proven EA or office manager experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
