Staples Project Specialist, Digital Experience in Framingham, Massachusetts

Our team ensures that our mobile, desktop, and app platforms deliver the digital experience that our customers expect. We do this through customer insights, analytics, and testing to build a strong innovation pipeline for the future and to bring products and solutions to market seamlessly. We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute efficiently and effectively on all campaigns. Build strong relationships and knowledge base with key partners to ensure success.

  • Communicate and collaborate in all stages from planning to campaign deployment.

  • Escalate issues that could impact timelines, other teams, or budget.

  • Coordinate across multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.

  • Maintain all schedules, process and procedures associated with campaign execution in partnership with the Staples Media Network.

  • Participate in campaign planning sessions.

  • Cross-functional partnership with merchandising, paid media, product and the creative team to ensure alignment on initiatives and the way we’re launching promos and messages on site.

  • Building site components in a CMS system to create landing pages.

  • Maintaining the site navigation experience.

  • Responsible for execution of a quiz-taking tool to help customers better find products.

  • Analyze data: providing recommendations & managing reports.

  • Be knowledgeable of project management best practices and identify areas for improvement.

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to work in matrixed organization, working internally with cross-functional partners including UX/UI and competitive market to influence creative approach.

  • Uphold and improve best practices with a detail-oriented lens.

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills necessary.

  • Ability to build relationships with business partners and proactively assess needs of the business.

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • MS Office suite proficiency.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of related work experience.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous CMS experience preferred.

  • Prior experience in ecommerce or marketing preferred.
