Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in the Non-Profit industry located in FRAMINGHAM, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

• Make outbound calls as necessary Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar

• Proficient in performing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments

• Ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Familiar with the operation of fax machines and able to send, receive, and manage fax documents

• Capable of sorting and distributing incoming mail efficiently and accurately

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient in using computers and office software

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
