We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our clients team tasked with replacing the current workforce management system across 4,000 stores in Europe and Australia. This project involves a significant transition to UKG Pro, with a completion deadline of March 2027. The role is based in the United States, with occasional travel to international locations as needed.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of complex, cross-functional business processes, defining and integrating requirements for the migration project.

• Facilitate the design of comprehensive solutions that address process, technical, and organizational needs.

• Ensure end-to-end solutions deliver the required business outcomes, driving adoption of processes and systems among stakeholders.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the project team, keeping expectations aligned with the project's progress.

• Define, test, train, and implement functional requirements, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to Global Production Support post-implementation.

• Develop, monitor, and track project plans for business analysis deliverables, managing them from initiation through completion.

• Create, revise, and execute deliverables using industry-standard techniques, such as:

• Process Maps

• Data Flow Diagrams

• Requirements Specifications

• Functional Design & Configuration

• Use Case Scenarios

• Acceptance Testing

• Coordinate user activities throughout the project lifecycle, including developing, executing, and validating user acceptance test plans and providing support during implementation.

• Maintain focus on analyzing business processes, ensuring technical problems and solutions align with business objectives.

• Conduct business process mapping, functional and technical gap analysis, and provide concrete recommendations based on ROI analysis.

• Facilitate the gathering of functional requirements and support testing requirements, where applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Workforce Management Experience: Extensive experience with UKG WFM platforms, specifically Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG PRO (required).

• Agile Methodology Expertise: Proficient in practicing and implementing Agile delivery methodology.

• Project Management: strong project management experience, though not seeking a Project Manager.

• Technical Documentation: Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features, and requirements (required).

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Analytical Skills: Skilled in business process mapping, functional and technical gap analysis, and delivering data-driven solutions.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of relevant experience (required).
