ManpowerGroup TA Coordinator in Framingham, Massachusetts

Our client, Staples, is seeking a TA Coordinator to join their team. As a TA Coordinator, you will be part of the NAD Talent Acquisition department supporting the recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and to work well both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: TA Coordinator

Location: Framingham MA

Pay Range: $20 - $25

This is a Hybrid position. Will need to report to the Framingham, MA office when onsite. (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

What’s the Job?

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Setting up job fairs to investigating issues

  • Work with hiring managers, HR partners, and Recruiters to ensure company is getting the right talent, when need it

  • Provide timely communication to business, candidates, and vendors as needed,

  • Document all issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What’s Needed?

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting

  • Deep experience with professional networking sites including niche

  • Solid understanding and demonstrated use of an ATS, Recruitment Marketing, and Excel

  • Understanding of current employment laws including OFCCP's guidelines for fair hiring practices

  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
