Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Franklin, MA

ALL SHIFTS :

1st - 6:45am-2:15pm MONDAY -FRIDAY

2nd - 2:45pm-11:15pm MONDAY-FRIDAY

3rd - 10:45pm - 7:15am SUNDAY-THURSDAY

What’s the Job?

Under general supervision, performs routine work and basic problem resolution by applying standard policies and procedures

Participates in on-the-job training and orientation to learn basic tasks required for the role

Assists more senior level team members and develops skills around equipment maintenance

Assists with monitoring, repairing and maintaining basic production equipment to ensure continuous production

Assists with providing standard solutions focusing on very specific pre-assigned and defined maintenance issues

Develops, collects, monitors and reports on business related data, metrics and statistics

Utilizes available software; monitors and tracks the resolutions of issues Participates in process improvement activities or projects; documents discrepancies between actual and documented process

Maintain inventory control and performs various audits with detailed instructions
