Franklin, MA

$85,000 - $100,000

Kelly Services in partnership with a global producer of packaging solutions, is seeking a Quality Supervisor . The Quality Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position involves training, influencing, and supporting the local organization to maintain the highest level of quality and uphold the company's Quality Policy. The Quality Supervisor will respond to internal and external non-conformities, drive process improvements, and strive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), including the preparation and maintenance of related documents.

  • Keep management informed by generating performance reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Establish, maintain, and ensure the effectiveness of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

  • Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, improvement, testing, and inspection.

  • Oversee the calibration and testing program.

  • Lead internal quality audits.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify corrective actions and process improvements.

  • Prepare necessary documents and information to address internal and external non-conformities of customers and suppliers.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers in resolving technical problems.

  • Administer the Integrated 5S Program.

  • Manage integrated management performance indices and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or Business Administration.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing quality or regulatory team, with supervisory responsibilities.

  • Experience managing ISO and FSC standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects in a timely manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Office365 preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Lean-Six Sigma training or certification is a plus.

  • Auditing certification is a plus.

  • Experience in the packaging or food and beverage industry is a plus.
